On Sunday in the Ghana Premier League, Bechem United drew with King Faisal at the Bechem Fosu Gyeabour Park courtesy of a late goal.
After a lackluster first half, Godfred Asiamah gave King Faisal the lead as they sought their fourth victory in the previous five games.
The score in the 67th minute startled the home team, which had been in total dominance and seemed prepared to take the lead.
Godfred Asiamah's goal seemed to be the game-winner until Bechem United's Hafiz Konkoni scored in the 92nd minute.
Bechem's undefeated record is currently at five games, while Konkoni ensured they kept their two-point lead over third place.
While King Faisal would be dissatisfied if they did not receive all three points, the draw allows them to climb out of the bottom three.
Bechem United is 6th on the league table with 17 points after 11 games and King Faisal is 14th with 13 points after 11 games.
King Faisal will take on Accra Hearts of Oak in their next league game while Bechem will play FC Samartex.
