Medeama SC made their home advantage count after defeating Nsoatreman FC in matchday 12 of the Ghana Premier League.
The Yellow and Mauves return to winning ways on Wednesday afternoon, inflicting a 2-0 win over their opponent at the Akoon Park.
The home team shot into the lead through Kwasi Donsu in the 40th minute mark and had to go to recces with a 1-0 advantage.
After the break, the Tarkwa-based club proved to be the stronger side as they doubled their lead in the 56th minute through Jonathan Mensah.
Prior to the game, Umar Rabi's side had suffered a humiliating defeat to Dreams FC last weekend.
But the Yellow and Mauves silenced the Ghana Premier League debutants on home turf to ensure their return to winning ways.
The win sends Medeama to the 7th position with 17th points after 12 matches into the domestic top-flight campaign whiles Nsoatreman Fc occupies 10th spot with 16 points.
