Nsoatreman FC and Bechem United played out a goalless draw in their 2022/23 Ghana Premier League match week 25 game at Nana Kromansah Park on Sunday afternoon.
The draw means Bechem United maintain their place in second with 41 points while the newcomers drop from 13th to 14th with 31 points.
The Hunters took the lead 29 minutes into the game through Isaiah Nyarko who converted at the back post to shock the home side to see Bechem United go into the break with the advantage.
Three minutes after the break, Frederick Boateng pulled parity for Nsoatreman FC. There were no further goals as it ended 1-1 in Nsoatre.
Next for Nsoatreman FC will be the quarterfinal tie of the 2022/23 MTN FA Cup. They will play away to Real Tamale United at Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium on Saturday, April 8 in a one off match.
Meanwhile, Bechem United will travel up north to play as guests to Tamale City at Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium on Friday, April 14 in match week 26 of the Ghana Premier League.
