2022/23 Ghana Premier League Week 28: Match Report – Samartex 2-0 Nsoatreman

Samartex returned to winning ways on Wednesday afternoon defeating Nsoatreman by 2-0 in their match week 28 game.

Kwasi Ofosu gave the home side the lead very early in the 1st minute to the delight of their supporters.

In the 30th minute Nsoatreman's goalkeeper Daniel Afadzwu pulled out a fantastic save to keep the score at 1-0.

Nana Kwame Junior scored an equalizer for Nsoatreman in the 55th minute, but the referee whistles for an offside.

Evans Osei Wusu scored in the 58th minute for Samartex to make it 2-0.

Nsoatreman made some changes in the 65th minute. Samuel Ofori replaced Amos Yeboah.

In the 72nd minute Nsoatreman goalkeeper Daniel Afadzwu made another great save in a 1v1 situation.

Fredrick Boateng, Duodu Kwabena Robert and Richard Akrofi replaced Ushau Abu, Samuel Kwabena Kusi and Nana Kwame Junior in the 82nd minute.

Samartex is 8th on the league table with 39 points and Nsoatreaman is 15th with 34 points.

Samartex will play Bechem United in their next game while Nsoatreman will face Medeama SC.
