Chairman of the Black Galaxies Management Committee, Dr Tony Aubynn, says the team is motivated to win the 2022 African Nations Champions [CHAN].
Ghana kicked off their CHAN campaign with a 2-1 defeat against debutant Madagascar on Sunday.
The Black Galaxies will hope to record their first win of the tournament when they take on Sudan in their second Group C game on Thursday at the Mohamed Hamlaoui Stadium in Constantine.
Speaking to Graphic Sports, Dr Aubynn who also serves as a member of the Executive Council member of the Ghana Football Association [GFA] said the team was highly motivated and would be rewarded adequately if they perform well.
According to him, the mood in camp is very high and the players were all in high spirit to defend the flag of the nation.
He said with what he had seen about the readiness and the excitement in camp he was of no doubt that the players would make the nation proud.
The game has been scheduled to kick off at 19:00GMT.
