Ghana will later this month host South Africa in the final Group G game of the African qualifiers to the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament.

The Black Stars are currently second on the Group G standings of African qualifiers to the World Cup as they trail South Africa by a single point.

This month when the international break comes around, Ghana will face Ethiopia and South Africa in games the team must win to progress to the next stage of the qualifiers.

For the South Africa match, the Ghana FA after talks with CAF has settled on hosting the game at the Cape Coast Stadium in the Central Region.

Initially, there were plans to stage the match at the renovated Baba Yara Sports Stadium but the idea did not materialize.

Today, Ghana head coach Milovan Rajevac has announced a 30-man squad for the Ethiopia and South Africa matches on November 11 and November 14 respectively.
