Nigeria’s President Mumhammdu Buhari is highly likely to be in the VIP section of the Moshood Abiola Stadium on Tuesday to watch the Super Eagles take on the Black Stars.

This is according to Sunday Dare who is Nigeria's Minister of Youth & Sports.

“I was in Lagos yesterday (Tuesday) and the president (Muhammadu Buhari) ask me why was I not in Ghana and I realised that the president also knows that there is a Ghana match.

“He has not given me 100 per cent assurance but he is likely going to show up here (second leg) on the 29th as a surprise,” Dare told journalists.

The Super Eagles of Nigeria will face the Black Stars of Ghana in Nigeria tomorrow in the second leg of the 2022 FIFA World Cup playoffs.

The epic clash between Nigeria and Ghana tomorrow will decide which national team of the two West African giants secures qualification to the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
