Ghana coach Otto Addo is almost through of getting his squad for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

The Black Stars is returning to the global showpiece after missing out in Russia 2018.

The West African powerhouse has been paired in Group H against Portugal, Uruguay and South Korea.

According to Otto Addo, 70% of the players he invited for this month friendlies will be in Qatar provided they stay healthy.

His comment come after being asked about how he sees Hamburg’s forward Ransford Yeboah Königsdörffer.

“My training impressions from Ransford Königsdörffer were good. He did it properly. He's still very young. But it was our intention to bring young players into our squad. We want to build a strong squad for the future.”

"Ransford is a very good player with great potential. I can't say yet if he'll definitely be at the World Cup. 70 percent of the players who are here right now will come to Qatar if they stay healthy. The remaining 30 will be tight decisions. We're watching the players closely for the next few games to see who could play for Qatar in October."

Asked if Königsdörffer have a chance at the World Cup, he said, "Of course, otherwise he wouldn't be here."
