After making his debut for Ghana in 2010, the enterprising forward who now plies his trade for Hertha Berlin went to make 15 appearances, scoring 2 goals.

He played an instrumental role when the Black Stars reached the quarter-finals of the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa.
