Nigeria captain Ahmed Musah has called for massive support ahead of their blockbuster second leg clash against Ghana in the World Cup play-off.

The Super Eagles will play host the Black Stars at the Moshood Abiola Stadium on Tuesday after a pulsating goalless draw at the Baba Yara Stadium last Friday.

The Baba Yara Stadium was filled with 40,000 fans in attendance which provided an intimidating atmosphere.

The Super Eagles had to play the game with constant pressure as the Ghanaian fans heckled every touch.

Ahead of the return fixture, Ahmed Musah has taken to social media to clamored for support against the Black Stars.

"There is so much that can be achieved where there is UNITY & you will agree with me that this was evident in the massive turnout in our game against Ghana yesterday.

"To this effect, I am imploring all Nigerians, for the good of our country and for the interest of this wonderful game of football that binds us all together, that you turn out en masse for our game on Tuesday.

"Your support is invaluable and will absolutely go a long way for us to achieve the desired results.

"Remember, we are strengthened when UNITY is a PRIORITY. Look forward to seeing you all there. UP EAGLES.” He posted on Instagram.

Nigeria arrived back in Abuja in the early hours of Saturday morning after Friday's game and have intensified their training in the quest to beat Ghana in the second leg and qualify on Tuesday.

With the 0-0 draw in the first leg, a win would be enough to secure Nigeria's place at World Cup finals.

Meanwhile, Ghana need a scoring draw or a win to eliminate their West African rivals and reach Qatar.

The game will take place at the 60,000 capacity Moshood Abiola National Stadium.
