CK Akonnr, the head coach of the senior national team, the Black Stars, will today announce his squad for the 2022 World Cup qualifiers.
Ghana will begin their delayed qualifiers scheduled for September.
Akonnor will announce his squad for the doubleheader at 11:00am at the Conference Room of the Ghana Football Association.
The squad is expected to be a blend of local and foreign players.
Akonnor is determined to ensure Ghana book a qualification for the Mundial in Qatar after missing out in the 2018 World Cup hosted in Russia.
Ghana will host Ethiopia at the Cape Coast Stadium before playing South Africa in Johannesburg.
The Black Stars are in a group with Ethiopia, South Africa and Zimbabwe.
