Dreams FC forward, John Antwi, has attributed the team’s remarkable success in the CAF Confederation Cup to their determination and relentless hard work.

This sentiment comes as the Ghanaian FA Cup champions find themselves in the midst of an unprecedented journey, having reached the semi-finals of the Confederation Cup in their inaugural participation.

The team’s astounding feat includes surprising victories over former champions Stade Malien and Tunisia giants Club Africain, securing them a historic spot in the semi-finals.

Additionally, Dreams FC displayed their prowess by topping Group C of the Confederation Cup, further solidifying their status as a formidable contender in the competition.

Antwi emphasized the crucial role played by the players’ dedication, the expertise of coach Abdul Karim Zito, and the unwavering support from the club’s management and fans in achieving this milestone.

"I believe it’s the determination and hard work factor. Looking at how the lads keep working hard every day with the help of the technical team led by the experienced coach Abdul Karim Zito and also how the management and everyone in the club has supported the journey so far," he told CAF Online.

"Not forgetting the support and prayers from the fans across the nation and beyond," he added.

With their sights set on continuing their fairy tale run, Dreams FC remains steadfast in their pursuit of glory on the continental stage.
