Hearts of Oak had to come from behind to draw 1-1 against Berekum Chelsea at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday in match week 12 of the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League.

The Northern Blues went into the break with the lead, with Hearts of Oak having work to do in the second half to snatch anything from the game.
10 minutes after coming on to replace Raphael Amponsah, Gideon Asante Yeboah struck the equalizer for Abdul Rahim Bashiru’s Hearts of Oak in the 70th minute.
The game finished 1-1 as there were no further goals in the game.
The draw means Hearts of Oak are 6th on the league log with 16 points while Berekum Chelsea are 4th with 20 points, just one point below leaders Aduana FC who lost at home to Accra Lions.
