Bibiani GoldStars returned to winning ways after beating Real Tamale United 3-0 on Sunday in match week four of the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League at Dun's Park.

The win means the Miners move to fifth on the league log with six points while Real Tamale United is 15th with four points from four games.

Ronald Frimpong opened the scoring after 25 minutes for the home side, getting them off to a running start in front of their loud home supporters.

Ten minutes later, Real Tamale United found themselves down by two goals after Appiah Maccrthy scored for Bibiani Gold Stars in the 35th minute.

The first half ended 2-0 in favor of the home side.

The visitors seemed to have held on and weathered the storm, but a Ronald Frimpong brace dashed their hopes of a comeback, scoring the third goal of the game in the 78th minute.

GoldStars emerged as 3-0 winners over RTU, bouncing back from their defeat to Great Olympics last weekend.
