Heart of Lions played out a goalless draw against Karela United on Sunday in match week 7 of the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League at the Hohoe Sports Stadium.
The game was their first at the Hohoe Sports Stadium since switching from the Sogakope WAFA Park because of the floods.
The draw was Heart of Lions' sixth straight since their return to the Ghana Premier League and are yet to score as well as concede at home.
Heart of Lions are 15th on the table with 6 points while Karela are 13th with 7 points.
There were no signs of a goal coming in the first 45 minutes as it ended goalless. The situation did not change as both Heart of Lions and Karela United could not find the back of the net.
The game ended goals, with Heart of Lions still waiting for their first win since returning to the Ghana Premier League after an eight year absence.
The hosts will next play as guests to Accra Lions at the Accra Sports Stadium on Thursday, November 2, 2023, in match week 8 of the Ghana Premier League.
Meanwhile, Karela United will host Bibiani Gold Stars at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium a day earlier.
