Accra Lions FC and Vision will clash at the Accra Sports Stadium in a match week two clash of the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League match on Monday, September 16, 2024.
Both teams are coming into this game on the back of a draw and defeat. Accra Lions lost 1-0 to Medeama SC in Tarkwa while Vision FC were held to a goalless by Berekum Chelsea.
Vision FC Coach, Nana Kweku Agyemang, said the draw against the Berekum Blues will serve a morale booster for the Accra Lions game.
“For us, it's going to be a booster for us to go and play Accra Lions next week.
“I want Vision to be in the top four because I want people to realize that Vision hasn't come up just to add numbers. Vision is here to stay. Vision has come to be one of the powerhouses of Ghana."

After finishing second on the league log last season, Accra Lions would be aiming for the title this season and therefore a strong start.
