2024 Olympic Games qualifiers: Ernestina Abambilla, Jennifer Cudjoe return to Black Queens squad for Guinea game

The head coach of the Ghana women's national football team, Nora Häuptle, has unveiled a provisional squad list for the forthcoming Paris 2024 Olympic Games Qualifiers against Guinea.

The game is set to take place between July 10 and July 18, 2023.

One of the notable inclusions in the squad is Afi Amenyaku, the goalkeeper of Northern Ladies and Black Princesses.

Amenyaku has received her debut senior call-up after impressing with her exceptional performances at the recent WAFU B U-20 Girls Cup of Nations held in Kumasi.

Häuptle has also brought back three players who have been absent from the national team for an extended period.

Ernestina Abambilla, Jennifer Cudjoe, and Alice Kusi make their return to the squad, injecting valuable experience and expertise.

To prepare for the crucial qualifiers, the Black Queens will commence their training camp on Monday, July 3, at the Ghanaman Soccer Center of  Excellence (GSCE) in Prampram.

The training camp will kick off at 4:00 pm local time on Monday.
