Communications Director of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Henry Asante Twum has emphasized that the Black Stars will approach each opponent with respect in the upcoming 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers.

His statement follows Ghana being drawn into Group F alongside Angola, Niger, and Sudan.

Asante Twum spoke confidently about Ghana's preparations under the leadership of head coach Otto Addo, highlighting their determination to secure qualification.

"The technical team, led by Otto Addo, has already begun preparations to ensure our qualification for the Africa Cup of Nations," he stated in an interview with Asempa FM as monitored by Footballghana.com.

"We have been consistent participants over the past decade, but we understand the importance of not underestimating any team in our group."

He further emphasized the early commencement of their efforts, expressing optimism about Ghana's chances. "Work has already started, and we are focused on qualifying once again," Asante Twum affirmed.

Ghana, with four AFCON titles to their name and aiming for a fifth, approaches this campaign with the goal of reclaiming continental glory.

The Black Stars' last AFCON triumph occurred in 1982, making their upcoming journey under coach Otto Addo pivotal for both national pride and footballing success.
