Ghana will miss the services of Arsenal star Thomas Teye Partey for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying games due to injury.

Partey, who is the deputy captain of the Black Stars picked up an injury on his return from the October international break and has since not featured for the Gunners.

The former Atletico Madrid star return to action remains uncertain, forcing Black Stars coach Chris Hughton to exclude him from his 25-man squad for the opening two World Cup qualifying games.

Meanwhile, captain Andre Ayew, Jojo Wollacot, Majeed Ashimeru, Osman Bukari and Kamaldeen Sulemana have all returned to the squad.
