AC Milan coach Gennaro Gattuso admits his players are suffering a confidence crisis after defeat to Rijeka.

Milan lost Thursday's Europa League tie 2-0.
"It hurts and we have to reflect after this," Gattuso told Sky Sport Italia just days after a 2-2 draw at Benevento on his debut.
“I am the one responsible today, as I chose to field this line-up. We are too fragile and we give the sensation that we cannot react to the first sign of difficulty. We have got to improve quickly.

“I made these choices to give some minutes to those who haven't played as much and I'd do it again. On Sunday we have a very important match against Bologna, then there's the Coppa Italia."
