In the FA Cup semi-final, despite surging to a 3-0 lead, Manchester United conceded three goals to Coventry, ending the match in a 3-3 draw. The Red Devils had to rely on a penalty shootout to secure victory and advance to the final.

As for himself, Bruno Fernandes played the full 120 minutes. The Manchester United captain was hailed as the standout player of the match with 1 goal and 1 assist. Additionally, he was one of the stars who successfully converted his penalty kicks, sealing the win for the Red Devils.

Speaking to Betmentor after the match, Bruno expressed his dissatisfaction with his teammates' performance. He even asserted that winning the FA Cup couldn't salvage an unsuccessful season for Manchester United.

"We put ourselves in a difficult position. We should have wrapped it up earlier. We couldn't do that. We have to do much better.

We will never be successful if we only win the FA Cup. The standards of this club are much higher than what we have done and are doing. We have to do better in the league, League Cup, and in Europe. Winning the FA Cup is never enough. We can do much better than this," Bruno Fernandes declared.

This season, Manchester United have been eliminated early from the League Cup and Champions League. Meanwhile, in the Premier League, the Red Devils are virtually out of contention for a top-four finish, trailing by 16 points (with two games in hand).

Manchester United's sole remaining hope lies in winning the FA Cup. However, in the final, they will face defending champions Manchester City.
