The second day of training for the Rossoneri in Austria
The Rossoneri held a double session in Villach yesterday.
REPORT
In the morning, after warming up, the team completed a strength circuit and did rondos. The group was then divided in two before doing technical/tactical and fitness work. In the afternoon, meanwhile, the Rossoneri trained in front of AC Milan fans, who were in the stands in large numbers. After warming up with rondos and sprints, the team played a practice match on half a pitch before taking part in a seven-on-seven tournament, again on a small pitch.
TUESDAY 26 JULY
Today, Coach Pioli’s men will continue their preparations ahead of Wednesday’s match against Wolfsberger in Klagenfurt.
