AC Milan intend to test Manchester United's resolve with a bumper offer for Ander Herrera.
Tuttosport says Milan are set to bid £30million for the Spanish midfielder's services.
The bid will come on the back of Herrera slipping down Jose Mourinho's midfield pecking order.
Milan chiefs reportedly believe that £30m will be a suitable amount to convince United to part ways with the former Athletic Bilbao man.
But it is claimed United will dig their feet in to get a better deal.
