AC Milan have joined the list of Krzysztof Piatek’s suitors, but the Rossoneri have surprisingly found themselves in a position of strength in pursuit of the Pole.

Both Inter and Juventus have shown an interest in the Genoa forward, as have Napoli. The Nerazzurri, though, would only move for the Pole should Mauro Icardi move on while Juve would only come knocking if Mario Mandzukic was to leave the club.

La Gazzetta dello Sport have reported that the Rossoblu, who signed the striker for just €4 million, are looking to sell him on for €60m.

Milan are likely to allow Gonzalo Higuain to return to Juventus following his loan this season, freeing up space in the squad and on the wage bill to bid for Piatek.

Piatek has shone in Serie A with Genoa this season, taking Italian football by storm and scoring an impressive 13 goals so far, with only Cristiano Ronaldo scoring more.
