Head Coach for the Black Stars of Ghana, James Kwesi Appiah has assured that he is confident his team will have enough ammunition to see off the Carthage Eagles of Tunisia when the two sides meet in the round of 16 of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament tomorrow.

The two countries will battle for the last spot in the quarter-final stage of this year’s continental showpiece when they lock horns at the Ismailia Stadium later in the day.

Though many are predicting a tough encounter between the West African and the North African Countries, Coach James Kwesi Appiah has predicted an entertaining match between the two sides.

According to him, he strongly believes in the abilities of his players and is confident they will give off their best performance to ensure they progress into the last 8 stage.

“Tomorrow’s match will be entertaining from both sides and Tunisia is one of the strong teams in the tournament. I believe in my team and they will perform well tomorrow”.

“The players also know what is at stake and we will give our best performance tomorrow”, the gaffer noted.

Ahead of the match, the Black Stars have been boosted by the return of Tomas Agyepong and Jonathan Mensah who missed the team’s last match against Guinea Bissau due to injury.

The match will kick off at exactly 19:00GMT.
