Ajax have struck terms for Liverpool target Perr Schuurs.
The 18-year-old defender had attracted interest from Anfield after some impressive performances for second division side Fortuna Sittard.
But he has put pen to paper on a long-term deal with Ajax.
Schuurs trained under the watchful eye of Steven Gerrard during a trip to Merseyside earlier this year.
However, Ajax announced his signing yesterday.
