Ghana's Mohammed Kudus featured in Ajax's 4-2 defeat in the Uefa Champions League on Wednesday. The midfielder did not repeat his scoring touch against Serie A side Napoli.

Coach Alfred Schreuder highlighted positives in the Ghanaian's performance against Napoli.

Mohammed Kudus was substituted in the 65th minute making way for Brian Brobbey to get some minutes.

Mohammed Kudus also committed offside a lot. This had also been addressed with his striker by coach Alfred Schreuder.

"Of course we also indicated that before the game," the coach said after the game. "But it was also a few times with Remko Pasveer's long ball,"

"He also does a lot of good things for us, such as the way he hunts and thus keeps the opponent moving. I like seeing how he does those things,"

Mohammed Kudus has played four games, scored three goals, and assisted one in the Uefa Champoins League this season.
