Ghanaian defender Vincent Atingah has been included in the Kuwaiti League Team of the Week after an impressive performance for Al-Shabab FC
Atingah put up an incredible display as Al-Shabab FC opened the campaign with a 2-1 win over Al Yarmouk.
The 25-year-old, who joined the club from arch-rivals Al Qadsiya has been rock solid at the heart of defence so far in the 2019/20 season.
The former Hearts of Oak centre-back was joined by teammate Ibrahima Gueye in the Team of the Week as both players played a key role in their matchday one fixture.
The duo will be expected to continue their impressive form for Al-Shabab FC when they host Al Salmiya on Monday evening.
