Albert Commey resigns as Aduana Stars CEO

Aduana Stars Chief Executive Officer, Albert Aryeetey Commey has parted ways with the two-time Ghana Premier League champions, Footballghana.com can report.

Commey tendered in his resignation to the club's director after the 2019 Ghana Football Association Extraordinary Congress.

His voting right was forced by the top hierarchy of the Dormaa based club after publicly endorsing Kurt E.S Okraku for the vacant GFA Presidential seat.

According to reports, he will be confirmed as the new Executive Chairman of Dreams FC following the resignation of Kurt Okraku.

Kurt Okraku, who has spent seven years at the club promised to resign from the Dawu-based club after winning the GFA Presidential seat..

Albert Commey was appointed as Aduana Stars Chief Executive Officer in November 2013.

He led Aduana Stars to lift their second Ghana Premier League title in the 2016/17 season.
