Hasaacas Ladies and Ampem Darkoa Ladies are set to clash in the 2023/24 Ghana Women's Premier League playoff final on June 8, continuing their tradition of meeting in the championship showdown for the fourth consecutive time.
Both teams secured their spots in the final by clinching the league title in their respective zones.
Hasaacas Ladies asserted their dominance in the Southern Zone by defeating Faith Ladies 3-0 on Sunday, emerging winners of the Southern Zone for the eighth time.
Meanwhile, Ampem Darkoa Ladies, reigning champions of the Northern Zone, suffered a setback on the final day of the league season, losing 1-0 to Kumasi Sports Academy.
Despite the defeat, they sealed their place in the final showdown against Hasaacas Ladies.
The highly anticipated Ghana Women's Premier League final will take place at the University of Ghana Stadium, with the winner earning the opportunity to represent Ghana at the WAFU Zone B CAF Women’s Champions League Qualifiers in August.
