Ansgar Knauff will be unavailable for Eintracht Frankfurt's next match against FC Köln.

The 21-year-old was sent off against Mainz in the 61st minute. Knauff started the game at the MEWA ARENA on Sunday afternoon.

Eintracht started the game well with two counterattacks. First, Knauff picked up the pace on the right and passed inside to Mario Götze on the edge of the penalty area, but his pass into the left half of the penalty area didn't find the target in the 6th minute.

A little later, Randal Kolo Muani put Omar Marmoush through, but the Egyptian unfortunately slipped in the 11th minute. As a result, the visitors also had promising attacks.

In the 25th minute, the home side took the lead through Jae-Sung Lee.

Both teams came out of the dressing room unchanged.

Omar Marmoush right footed shot from very close range to the centre of the goal gave Eintracht Frankfurt their equalizer in added time.  Omar Marmoush's goal was assisted by Junior Dina Ebimbe.
