Everton's Dutch manager Ronald Koeman has become a firmfavourite to replace Arsene Wenger at Arsenal if the Gunners manager leaves the Emirates at season's end, according to reports from theDaily Mirror.

It looks like the Arsenal will have fierce competition from Spanish giants Barcelona as Ronald Koeman has also been tipped to replace Luis Enrique at the Camp Nou. Enrique recently announced that he is going to leave the La Liga side at the end of this campaign after he guided Barca to a treble in his first season in charge.

Ronald Koeman has impressed many club owners in the English Premier league and abroad since his arrival at Southampton three seasons ago. This is one of the significantreasons he is tipped to bea greatsuccessor for Wenger at Arsenal. The 53-year-old guided the Saints to clinch a Europa League spot last season and has so far had a consistent run with the Toffees this season.

Arsene Wenger's future with the Gunners is in limbo after supporters are urging for a change in management. The 67-year-old has a two-year deal on offer, however, the Frenchman won't decide until the season comes to an end.

Koeman played for Barcelona in his playing days during the years of 1989-1995. But while the Dutchman has played at a massive club, he hasn't yet managed a club with a huge status.

The Everton boss won't be intimidated being in charge of a huge club like Arsenal, who have high expectations throughout an entire season.
