Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger can see Manchester United captain Wayne Rooney return to Everton this summer.

This morning, Wenger admitted he could see the England international returning to Merseyside.
Wenger said: "Why not? Why not? It's possible yes.
"Look he started there [but] he's under contract at Manchester United.

"I don't know if he wants to come back to Everton. At the moment he has a decision to make.
"Will he finish his career at Manchester United or will he go back to Everton at some stage? I don't know."
