Unai Emery has given an update on Arsenal’s reported interest in Barcelona midfielder Denis Suarez. We have reported that the Gunners are increasingly hopeful that they can complete a deal to sign Suarez his month, but Emery was giving no clues away at his pre-match news conference. “In this transfer period it is not easy to take players that can help us with better performances than we have now. The club is working for different possibilities but it is not easy. They are private conversations on Denis Suarez. I don’t want to say to you what these conversations are.”
