It might not seem major, but Arsenal lost U18s boss Kwame Ampadu to Monaco this week after former player Thierry Henry returned to nab the coach from his old club. Given Arsenal's record of blooding youth, certainly through the Arsene Wenger era, it is a more significant loss than at some clubs, with Ampadu's own son Ethan a Wales international and Chelsea defender.
