According to the Sun, the Gunners have discussed a deal for Seri worth £35m.
Tottenham are extremely keen on the Ivorian, but reports in France claim Arsenal have the advantage.

Seri scored seven goals and provided nine assists for Nice last season and has been likened to Chelsea midfielder N'Golo Kante.
