According to Daily Star, Arsenal are planning to submit AS Roma a 50 million euros cash bid, aimed to get Turkish international winger Cengiz Under (21). Tracked by Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund as well, the 1997-born is meanwhile in talks with Giallorossi on a deal extension.
