According to the Express, Arsenal have reached an agreement with Italian outfit Torino for the transfer of Lucas Torreira.
The fee is reportedly around 24 million pounds and the reports have indicated that they will reinvest the money in the pursuit of Thomas Partey of Atletico Madrid.
Partey has been linked with a transfer to Arsenal for a while now and it has already been reported that he has agreed personal terms with the Gunners.
However, Atletico Madrid have been firm on his release clause which stands at 50 million euros. They will not take anything less than that to let their key player go.
Partey made over 40 appearances for Los Rojiblancos last season.
