According to reports in France, Arsenal are preparing to make an offer worth 55 million euros in total for the services of Lyon midfielder, Houssem Aouar and are still keen on signing Partey.
According to the reports, Lyon may be willing to accept a deal in installments for their playmaker. In Atletico Madrid however, they are holding out for a full 50 million euro release clause payment to let Partey go.
Arsenal need to sell more players to acquire enough money to trigger Partey's clause but may have enough currently to sign Aouar. They recently sold Emiliano Martinez to Aston Villa for 20 million pounds.
It will be interesting to see if Arsenal are able to pull the two transfers off.
