Things really aren't going well for Arsene Wenger this year, and we're only four days in.

The Frenchman watched his side lose further groundon their title rivals after dropping two points in a 3-3 draw with Bournemouth on Tuesday night.

And speakingafter the game, Wenger confirmed more bad news for the Gunners -with three senior players sustaining injuries.

According to the Mirror, defensive duoHector Bellerin and LaurentKoscielny are suffering from knocks, as well as midfielder Francis Coquelin.

When questionedafter the match about Bellerin's performance (the Spaniard was arguably at fault for two goals in the game), Wengeradmittedhe was sufferingfrom an injuryand was not fully fit.

The Gunners are currently without second choice right back Mathieu Debuchy, who is currently side-lined with a hamstring injury, whilstCarl Jenkinson has only played one game for Arsenal this season.

Wenger also confirmed Koscielny - who was replaced in the second half, after suffering from 'cramps in both legs' - andCoquelinhad an issue with his hamstring.

The latter will be a particular concern for Wenger as the Gunners are missing influential midfielder Santi Cazorla, also through injury, whilst Mohamed Elnenyis currently representing Egypt at the African Cup ofNations.

All in all, you can understand why Wenger may be feeling a little stressed at the moment, especially considering his sidecouldfall 11 points behind leaders Chelsea, should the Blues beat TottenhamonWednesday night.

The Gunners have a brief respite from Premier League action as theytravel to Preston on Saturday for a third round FA Cup tie.

No manager has won the FA Cup more times than Wenger, who has won the competition an incredible six times.

Successin this year's tournament would certainlybe a pick me up for the Frenchman, who at the moment looks in dire nearof one.
