Asamoah Gyan to delay arrival for Rwanda AFCON qualifier

Ghana captain Asamoah Gyan will delay his arrival to the camp of the Black Stars ahead of their final 2017 African Cup of Nations qualifier with Rwanda.

The 30-year old is currently in the United Kingdom trying to sort out his club career after agreeing with Chinese side Shangai SIPG to leave on loan.

Gyan who is hoping to score a record 50 goals for the Black Stars is expected to join his colleagues on Thursday ahead of the game on Saturday at the Accra Stadium.

Ghana has already qualified for the competition and for Gyan who is returning to the team after missing their last two games due to injury will be hoping to add to his tally.
