The head coach of Asante Kotoko, Prosper Narteh Ogum has stressed that his team cannot get carried away by recent wins.

After ending their six-game winless run, Asante Kotoko have now stayed unbeaten in the last three outings.

Speaking in a post-match interview after his team’s 2-0 win over Legon Cities FC, Coach Prosper Narteh Ogum said his team needs to continue working hard to get better.

“We have conceded some goals this season that we shouldn’t have conceded. But then it’s part of the game. It’s a learning curve for us as a technical team, a playing body, and as a team. We need to defend. The principle is that if you cannot score you should not allow your opponent to score. We are working on it and with time we will get better,” Coach Prosper Narteh Ogum said.

Up next in the Ghana Premier League, Asante Kotoko will face off with Berekum Chelsea.
