The board members of Asante Kotoko have been prevented from entering the Accra Sports stadium due to the COVID-19 issues surrounding FC Nouadhibou.
According to reports, multiple Nouadhibou players have tested positive for COVID-19 but their management are pushing for those players to play in the game.
Currently, the referee has threatened to cancel the fixture due to this development and the Kotoko board members have been prevented from entering the stadium for their safety.
The chairman of the board, Dr Kwame Kyei, is among the people who have been prevented from entering.
The first leg ended 1-1 in Mauritinia.
