Asante Kotoko coach Pollack tells his players to be ready for more hard work

New Asante Kotoko coach Steve Pollack has told his players to step up their game as he will demand a lot from them.

Pollack who was confirmed as coach of the Porcupine warriors on Thursday has a big task of turning around the club's recent poor form in the ongoing league.

Kotoko are winless in their last seven games and Englishman Pollack believes the players must work extra hard to change that.

“Go out there and do your best” he stated. “I will be with you on Monday. But like I said, be ready for more hard work,” he stressed.

“Let’s just focus on the game on Sunday. My days will start next Monday. You will get to know me. Put your mind on the game, and for those players who are going to be in the squad, believe in yourselves when playing with your teammates” advised the coach.

Kotoko will face Tema Youth on match-day 15 of the Ghana Premier League at the Baba yara Sports Stadium on Sunday.
