Asante Kotoko are set to part ways with seven players ahead of the second round of the on-going 2019/20 Ghana Premier League season.

The Porcupine Warriors will terminate the contracts of these players following their poor performances for the club so far this term.

The management of the club has decided to cancel the contracts of these players which includes two defenders, three midfielders and two strikers and will farm out three players on loan to gain more playing time.

Asante Kotoko suffered two consecutive defeats to Aduana Stars in the Premier League and Asokwa Deportivo in the MTN FA Cup Round of 64.

Kotoko will be looking to bounce back to winning ways when they face Bechem United at the Accra Sports stadium on match day 12 of the Ghana Premier League.
