Asante Kotoko sign four new players ahead of 2023/24 campaign - Reports

Asante Kotoko have recruited four new players ahead of the new 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season, pending official announcement.

The former Ghana Premier League champions have completed the signing of Henry Ansu, Kalo Quattara, Yahaya Dawuni and Michael Kyei Dwamena according to media reports.

Yahaya Dawuni has signed a three-year deal for Asante Kotoko after fruitful negotiations. The bulky defender has joined the club from lower-tier side, Susubiribi Sporting Club.

Former WAFA SC skipper Michael Kyei Dwamena has also joined the season on a three-year deal.

Also, Berekum Chelsea duo of Henry Ansu and Kalo Quattara have joined the Porcupine Warriors on a three-year deal each.

Meanwhile, Asante Kotoko have parted ways with eleven players ahead of the 2023/24 league season.

The Porcupine Warriors will commence their pre-season for the 2023/24 league season at Beposo Park in the Ashanti Region on August 8, 2023.

Asante Kotoko will open their 2023/24 season with a home game against returnees Hearts of Lions at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
