Asante Kotoko strengthens squad with three new players

Ghana Premier League giants, Asante Kotoko are focused on doing well when the 2023/24 football season commences.

The club struggled to compete in the Ghanaian top-flight league last season but managed to finish fourth in the standings of the division.

In the off-season, Life Patron of the club, Otumfuo Nana Osei Tutu II has stepped in to put things in order.

Following the appointment of Prosper Narteh Ogum as head coach of Asante Kotoko, the club is now recruiting players.

Footballghana can report that three new players have successfully signed contracts to become players of Asante Kotoko after passing their mandatory medical examinations.

The three players include Yahaya Dawuni signed from Susubiribi, Nanabayin from Vipers, and Andrews Ntim Manu who signed as a free agent.

The club on Tuesday, August 8, announced the signing of Yahaya Dawuni in an official post on Twitter.
