Recent reports in the media suggested that acting Chief Executive Officer Joseph Yaw Adu lamented about the poor state of the current Kotoko Secretariat which has outdated machines making administration work relatively tedious.

According to local radio station Oyerepa FM, Kotoko is considering putting up a new secretariat for the club to enhance the management of the club.
The new board is on a change-drive at the Porcupine Warriors with different plans to reposition the former African champions back into its former glory.
The board is currently working on Asante Kotoko's training facility to transform it into a world class edifice.
