Asante Kotoko trio arrive in Ghana for pre-season ahead of new season

Asante Kotoko have trio have arrived in Ghana to begin pre-season ahead of the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League campaign.

George Mfegue, Serge Eric Zeze and Moise Pouaty on Wednesday evening arrived in the country to prepare for the upcoming league season.

The three players are expected to team up with the rest of their teammates later today who have already started pre-season at Beposo.

Asante Kotoko have also signed Yahaya Dawuni from Susubiribi SC and Nanabayin Amoah on a three-year deal from Venomous Vipers ahead of the new season.

Meanwhile, Asante Kotoko have reportedly parted ways with eleven players as part of the club’s squad planning for the forthcoming season.

Kotoko having struggled last season will hope to improve their performance under former coach, Prosper Narteh Ogum.

The Porcupine Warriors who finished 4th last season will open their season with a home game against Heart of Lions at the Baba Yara Stadium.
