Asante Kotoko youngster Matthew Cudjoe is a property for Ghana - Samuel Anim Addo

Asante Kotoko wonder-kid Matthew Anim has earned praises from Ghanaians following his impressive performance for the Porcupine Warriors in the on-going Ghana Premier League and according to his manager Samuel Anim Addo, Mattew is a property for the country.

The 16-year-old has wowed fans on match days with his dribbling and inch perfect passes to his teammates despite playing a handful of matches in the league.

Anim climbed off the bench to score his first goal of the season in the 86th minute to help the Porcupine Warriors record a 2-0 win over Ebusua Dwarfs.

He also continued his impressive display against their arch-rivals Hearts of Oak at the Accra Sports stadium on Sunday as he caused the penalty which was converted by Naby Keita to seal a 2-1 win.

Speaking in an interview with FOX 97.9 FM, his manager revealed Cudjoe is a national asset and will remain at Kotoko for the rest of the season.

"We have a development programme together with Kotoko regarding Matthew Cudjoe, and now he is a property for Ghana and the excitement he has brought to the game Ghanaians must enjoy him. He will play for Kotoko till the season ends, for that I can assure you," Samuel Anim Addo said.
